Steven A. Blalock’s construction background has given him
the credentials to accomplish a varied resume of experience
in the industry. His earned experience managing commercial
projects has enhanced his ability to understand the real
meaning of the partnering relationship between the Owner,
the Architect, and the General Contractor that is necessary
for a successful project.

Tom Brown - Sr. Superintendent
 Tom
Brown’s construction career began in 1976 as a journeyman
carpenter. His technical and managerial abilities enabled
him to achieve more responsible positions throughout the
years. He has served in the positions of Superintendent,
Owner's Representative and Developer's Project Manager. Mr.
Brown’s extensive managerial talents and technical skills
give him the ability to successfully bring projects to a
timely, quality ending. The relationships that Mr. Brown has
developed over the years with the Alabama subcontractors,
vendors and statewide inspection services allows the Owner
the benefit of cost savings, high quality, dedication
to
project, on time schedules and problem solving.

Brett Biel - Sr. Project Manager
 Brett Biel originates from
upstate New York where he
graduated high school and received a Bachelor Degree in
Civil Engineering. Brett's construction experience began
prior to and continued after receiving his Bachelor's Degree. He
has been working in the southeastern United States for the
past 15 years and served in the field in all levels
including soil and concrete testing. Brett's field
experience allows a full spectrum of problem solving with
the field personnel, Architects, Engineers and Consulting
Engineers. His partnering with Owners, Subcontractors and
Architects through the years of his career have earned him
integrity in the commercial business.
