Tom Brown’s construction career began in 1976 as a
journeyman carpenter. His technical and managerial abilities
enabled him to achieve more responsible positions throughout
the years. He has served in the positions of Superintendent,
Owner's Representative and Developer's Project Manager. Mr.
Brown’s extensive managerial talents and technical skills
give him the ability to successfully bring projects to a
timely, quality ending. The relationships that Mr. Brown has
developed over the years with the Alabama subcontractors,
vendors and statewide inspection services allows the Owner
the benefit of cost savings, high quality, dedication to
project, on time schedules and problem solving. Some of the
